Who we are

Haulin’ Toasts is a product of the passion, creativity, and innovation of Claire Murphy and Justin Bailey.  After dating for two years, we decided to challenge ourselves with a project that would let us spend more time together and bring fun and excitement to our community.  Claire has been in the food service industry for twenty years and has mastered the art of mixology.  She’s served, bartended, and managed numerous restaurants of all styles, and has been featured in and contributed to several restaurant publications.  Justin’s career of twenty-five years in the communications and security industry made him a very experienced patron of the food and bar industry while traveling, but he has no food service experience. He has recently closed that chapter of his career and is excited to be off the road and able to focus on a local business with a fantastic clientele.  Many of our friends have told us that the two of us combined make up the perfect duo.  Our personalities, experiences, and talents are vastly different and we’re always introducing each other to new ideas.  Haulin’ Toasts lets us both enjoy doing what we do best so that we can provide an unforgettable experience for our customers, partners, and staff.
